The Old Kozel was born out of years in the industry and a genuine adoration of all things property.

We work with all timeframes and price ranges in mind, whether you are looking for us to source a very specific item, one room, or an entire property. Thanks to a number of well sourced suppliers and online platforms showcasing even the smallest of craftsmen, fantastic products are within easy reach, from every corner of the globe. 

Our little black book has been tried, tested and trimmed down over the years, we have the very finest network around, from Architects to cabinet makers, from your general builder to the most talented of stonemasons - we have worked on every kind of property imaginable, Grade I and II Listed, Barn Conversions, new builds, building plots, Georgian, Tudor, pre-war, post-war. You really can make something beautiful out of any space. 

Lotti has a mixed background, after reading both Law and Psychology at University, she embarked a career in property and has spent over fifteen years building Onslows, an independent boutique property agency in Chelsea. 

She personally has a penchant for the darker colour palettes, sumptuous fabrics, textures and raw natural products. If you were to ask her what she really prides herself on though, it would be her ability to talk to Clients, take ideas from their mind's eye and transfer them straight into their property. 

Lotti's upbringing on a farm in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales created a real love for nature, her home is full to the brim with an array of items that remind her of the wild outdoors. Her fondness for creating taxidermy and entomology (ethically sourced of course) certainly raises some eyebrows, but when quizzed about why she loves them so, she replies “I’m all for the food chain, but it’s a really special thing to be able to enjoy something so beautiful, to know that it has been rescued and made into something magnificent for you to keep right inside your home”. 

Lotti now spends her time between London and Oxfordshire, she is a keen boxer and clay pigeon shooter and on weekends can usually be found somewhere in our National Parks or AONBs complete with her trusty Standard Poodle. She has been a strong advocate for rehabilitation and also flies the flag for Mental Health Awareness, especially for Veterans, where she has been involved in fundraising efforts for a number of Military Charities.
